What is our return policy?
Please understand we do accept returns for custom made orders. Custom made orders includes all of our swimwear produced on a made-to-order service where your order is handmade from scratch in the size, colour and style that you request.
At ClitsNation we gladly accept unworn and unwashed regular-priced merchandise once the item is deemed faulty and is returned within 7 calendar days of receipt for store credit only.
All shipping costs are at customers expense.
To be eligible for store credit, the items must be free of any stains or odors, including bodily fluid marks and deodorant stains, and all hygiene liners must be attached and unaltered. For sanitary reasons, we ask that you try on items over underwear.
Please return unworn items in their original packaging with all ClitsNation hang tags and garment bag. We reserve the right to refuse garments that show any signs of wear.
Colours/lighting may show differently on each computer or mobile, therefore there may be slight variations in colour. Please email us if you are unsure about the colour you are purchasing and would like to see more photos.
Please note as we are always receiving new batches of fabric, therefore previous batch colour may not be the exact same colour as the next batch of fabrics. So if you are purchasing another pair of bottoms or a top to match your past purchases we always recommend to ask us prior as there is a high chance the colour will not match and therefore we always advise to purchase a full set at the same time to ensure you receive the exact same colour for the top and bottoms.
Please also note although we take every measure to line all of our swimwear (double layer) some lighter colours may still go see through, if you are concerned about this please select a darker colour or email for colour recommendations, sizing, fit or any other questions you may have.
How do I start my return?
To request a return for our products, please begin the process by clicking on the provided LINK. Kindly note that the items must be returned within 7 calendar days to receive store credit. Once we have approved your return, you should ship back the merchandise within 3 calendar days using the return label provided via email. If your order exceeds this timeframe, we will be unable to accept a return for store credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order at clitsnakedswim@gmail.com We kindly request that you provide us with your name, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item(s) so that we may assist you in resolving the issue.
